When was the last time you changed your account password? If you say years ago, then that is most likely why you are now frozen. Someone got into your account (there was a database leak and the database has been public for a while now...) and got it frozen.Originally Posted by cartoonbabyboy

My main account was compromised because of the database leak and there was nothing noteworthy on it besides the age of the account, number of avatars, and site event trophies. I hadn't logged into it in years and when I came back someone else was using it as their main. So it isn't impossible that someone could have gotten into yours and wreaked a bit of havoc and got it frozen.
Everyone should change their password once every few months, along with making sure their email is active and all areas of the account are pinned.
