I agree with Joe, try changing/updating your password for Neo and seeing if that works.

To help, I believe the character max for Neo passwords is 20 characters and don't use any "!" , "@" , or "#" symbols since those typically make a password glitch out to where support has to assist you in resetting it again.

Their issue is related to their proxy. It just doesn't support the page request MAJIN is trying to do, and it might not even work for Neopets altogether. @(you need an account to see links)

Hey Joe! Thanks for this amazing program. Just wanted to confirm, l can see that gold trophies on certain games might not be possible without triggering a review. I lowered the score for a certain game down to silver trophy and majin was able to submit for a silver score. The log before it completed said "Over the review score - Cancelled" however it was still able to submit after the recommended delay etc. Does this mean l got the silver trophy safely?

Highly recommend reading the main post. There's three safety checks, and you can disable them but it's not encouraged.

If you got that message in your log, the score was cancelled. The silver score had to have been under review.

I didn't disable any of the 3 checks but the log history showed 1 single line saying "Over review Score - Cancelled" and then it waited 500 seconds, did the review again and submitted the score for silver. Thats what l wanted to double check, during that 500 second pause is it reevaluating if silver is possible before recancelling?

You must have had two scores in your list then. The first was rejected, then the second was sent... The bot doesn't analyze high score tables aside from displaying it (if enabled) once for the game during that session. If it says a score was cancelled, there's no code to go back and re-send, or continue sending. It's completely cancelled and if there is no other score in line to send, it won't continue to send.

So I changed my password to letters and numbers. Also the proxy I used works to browse neopets on chrome web browser. Still no luck working in MAJIN.

After a number of successful score sends MAJIN stops sending and I get this error in the log:
"Error during score send - Unable to read data from the transport connection: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond."

Pretty sure StackPath interrupted your sending. Try again after a few minutes.
