Log on to neo from your browser, do some dailies for a bit, then wait and try the sender a bit later. Also, ensure you'r running as Administrator and are not actively logged in with the account anywhere else at the same time

Definitely follow with what Cinnamoroll suggested in her reply.
Also ensure that you are not using your account via browser while the bot is running, and that you are score sending for Flash games only.

There are 8 games that I don't think MSS can send scores for (excluding the 8 shockwave games). Any tips on sending for these 8 games? Or just avoid trying to score send for them as it wouldn't be safe?

AAA's Revenge is HTML5, so you could honestly score send for this using the dev tools... people have posted around about it if you look hard enough.
The games in bold should still send, I believe. They just don't have any game data in the built-in database. Easy enough, just uncheck the safeties but you have to know proper times and scores to send. This is critical.
Let It Slide and Skies Over Meridell should work... unless something changed recently?
Games in purple are 3D Life and I think they were made so you can't send for them within the last few months. Sad because I added support for these games about a year ago. Edit: Looks like people found a way to send for them... maybe they still work in MAJIN? If not, I can look into this.
