I was just able to login fine. Although it's not needed, I like to wait for the program to finish updating the game data first. Does it at least do that for you?
I also noticed the weird symbols in your first screenshot. Can you try making sure your computer language is set to English (US)?

It says it successfully updated the data, but yeah my computer language isn't English rn. I'll change that and see how it goes.
EDIT: looks like my version of Windows 7 is too old and I don't have the option to change the display language. Also I'm pretty sure the system language can't be changed at all without uninstalling the operating system. I really hope it's not the cause of the problem >:

Hi! I just have a quick question, sorry. I'm not very familiar with this so I just wanted to double check on something. I am currently trying to beef a shell up and using a proxy to do so.
the bot sends scores from my proxy when I input my proxy info to the Account Login section, right? I am also have Proxifier, and it is set to always run FF using my proxy. (I use chrome for my legit accounts and FF for everything else) and the bot uses my FF as well, so in essence this would work as well, right?
Either set Proxifier to mask your entire network, or you can specify the MAJIN Score Sender.EXE file so that all connections from the program are routed through Proxifier (your proxy).
Keep in mind when you're doing a "cookie login", the bot is simply using your browser cookies. It's not operating your browser in any way to browse Neopets...
