Getting an error that says "Not authorized to use this program". I've used it previously and uninstalled, just reinstalled and that's when I started encountering this. o.o Sucks because I'm getting back into Neo with finally working from home. xD

Having a problem.. after I log in, enter all info needed, I press start program and it never progresses past "starting score send process.. "
I've always done the exact same steps and have never had a problem. Any ideas?

Nevermind. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it's working now.
Can't get it to go past "starting score send process" for gourmet club bowls.. why? This seems to happen on certain games
Also keeps closing when I try logging in via cookies.

Majin is giving me the error when I try to sign in. Was there an update I'm unaware of? Or am I not authorized to use it anymore?
I have my passwords saved, and that didn't work so I tried logging in manually and it didn't work either. Can anyone help?

Since you made it to the topic, you can see the last time I updated the program? The download page even tells you the date of last update.
It sounds like you're not getting into your Neo account? If you made it that far, then you obviously authorized into the program.
