you can't ever go wrong with 2 min ramen noodles, man.

if i'm in a hurry then i usually just grab some sorta granola bar (BORING LOL) but if i'm home and trying to eat something cheap and fast then i usually go for hummus and veg - i'll put effort into cooking some other time.

Tater Tot Hotdish for when I'm poor - 1lb ground beef, half a bag of tots, canned green beans, milk and a can of cream of mushroom. So cheap but so tasty.

Rice and beans, man, or rice, or beans. It's fulfilling enough.

I usually always have potatoes laying around. I wrap one in kitchen paper, put it in the microwave 3 minutes until soft, get it out and put a bit of butter on it, and done.
