1. giving certain player accounts the ability to Moderate the boards as volunteers. Plenty would do it too. TNT could fire some people and save money on this one they need it. lmao.

Hushing people is never conducive to a prospering environment. They aren't 8 year olds who need to be told to be kind. Less social moderation is needed.

They already are over-reactive pussies who shut down even the tiniest bits of drama or mischief. What kind of retard can't handle that anyway? Not scaling the rules to a population that has aged has been one of their big failures.

Never mind if you're referring to REAL spam (like advertising websites), actual destructive activity (flaunting accounts that have been hacked into out of spite), etc.

In fact they should kick most of the people tasked with looking over the boards for the smallest dissidence like the babysitting twats they are and add to the number of people responding to tickets.

The rest I agree with very much. The concept of community driven updates can't be denied on its own and even less when TNT has been so lackluster for so long.

It would be great and I've seriously people submit this idea to TNT before, but so far no response of course. It has been proven in subeta how that can indeed work out nicely on a pet site (there users can design wearables and submit them for example) and seeing that in Neopets would most likely revive the community.

I really think the biggest thing they can do for the site is replace the whole team, to be honest lol. Or at least change their guidelines.
I feel it would be nice to have mods that actually interact with the community and keep it engaging, posting on the boards to chat occasionally, etc.

Also would be nice to have proper support staff that actually get things done in a decent time frame. Neopets won't last when everyone has given up and lost the thrill to play after waiting upwards of a year or more to get a ticket response.

Even with all the hackings, the game would still be thriving if people got their shit back at least moderately quickly.
