I always submit in tickets. I personally don't think of it as a problem.
Maybe other people do though? I guess it's just personal opinion.
If you have something glitched with your account, how dangerous is it to submit a ticket asking them to fix it? When the account has been cheated on such as bought pets or items, even if they are very secured for a year +?

Thank you to Monsters for this beautiful gif. <3 (It died with tinypic, press F)

I think they would only bother to look at what's glitched, if they look at all lol. If you've flown under tnts and nosy users radar this long you are probably just fine.

I submitted a ticket for a glitch regarding a pet that I questionably obtained and they just responded normally in an unhelpful tnt way.

Thank you for the responses! Seriously considering doing it cause it's just annoying LOL

@Andrew 15!!!!
I would do it, honestly. They'd only be going in to look at the glitch. They won't care about something you did a year+ ago
who knows these days all i know is they like to freeze people for what ever reason that might be.
I dunno, most of the time they don't even reply to tickets anymore o_O
*that's rough buddy*
As someone who works CS, if there isn't anything obvious sticking out in your account, I don't care. I would just look at the glitch and move on with my life.

I've had two accounts that had glitches - one was a a pet and the other on-site feature with the account - and TNT responded and fixed the issues for me. I had been cheating on both accounts, but they didn't seem to look into it or care.
