Goes into the top left corner of the Other II section, it's a r80... description may imply it's limited edition. "Grab this limited edition Battle Eyrie stamp before its all gone."
Not on JellyNeo or Trading Post, News or Super Shop Wizard, but this stamp is now restocking in Post Office so you may want to update your lists/keep your eye out for it.
