Would anyone be willing to tinker to make a Neopets script that keeps track of what price you sold an item for in your shop? I have a doc for common items, but it would be really nice for items that I don't see as often. (I don't know if its allowed, but I would totally also be happy to pay for someone to do this too, for my own laziness and convenience.)

All of the bots for the site made by @(you need an account to see links) are made for windows. If you're having specific issues with that program I would suggest posting in that program's thread for help. There could be certain things you needs updated like certain .NET files, running as admin etc. It looks like that bot hasn't had an official update since 2017(as per the OP) so if it's being going this long without an update on it it should be good.

It does but if StackPath is present then the Auction Sniper won't work properly, like SBP which doesn't have a bypass implemented.

i'm not sure it's even possible anymore with the new site layout, but i'd love to see a drag and drop gallery organizer script
