Beef or Chicken Stir fried Noodles. Absolutely love Lo Mein, so instead of dropping money on it, I make it at home in our big wok pan. XD It's delicious.
To make: Cast iron ribeye. Lots of butter, garlic, rosemary.
To order: Anything with a Madeira or Marsala cream sauce. Also, chicken wings.

The is a place in La Puente, CA called Mariscos Martin and they make the BEST red snapper. Kind of pricey but so mouth watering good!
