I don't know if this is alowed, but any way to create Hotmails account?

Besides manually...because you can only create a certain amount per day/hour/I dont really know the time span? I am not sure if what I am asking is against the rules or if its ok. If its against the rules, I apologize and please close thread. If not, can someone please point me in the right direction? Maybe we have a program here that I am not aware, or another safe program?

There used to be but I don't think so anymore. I think it had to do with MSN changing up their Hotmail registration. idk.

can't really do it unless you buy a program, but you need to also buy other stuff in conjunction with it for it to work properly. MSN made it so now after you create say 4 accounts on a single IP, providing it isn't already blacklisted, you need to provide your mobile number in order to 'verify' the account you are trying to make. Hence, the programs that were created and put up here 4 years ago do not have that feature implemented into them, and if they did it would cost.
