Can I Use VPN While on Neo?

Uh, I hope this is right section.

Anyyways, I've had smooth VPN purchased for some time and turn it off while being on Neo because I don't know if they freeze me using it.

Can they tell I use one? I just want to make sure. For what I understand it just gives me different IP (and country if I keep switching countries to access content on different sites) so I am not actually hiding IP.

Turning it off in Neo just annoys me because I do so much stuff online at the same time so I keep forgetting to turn it back on.

I have a main and a side on my true ip

I have an account on VPN location 1
And I have an account in VPN location 2

I always IP chicken and delete cookies when switching. No issues for me so far

They can't tell when you're using one, just be sure to don't jump from your current IP to the new one from one day to another, avoid doing changes humanly impossible like being with an USA VPN and change it for one in Europe in the next second since that raises red flags and you might get frozen. Generally speaking though, most people here use VPNs, is the safest to avoid getting chain frozen and to enter to new accounts.

Yeah that's what I thought. Might even just keep within my own country most of the time or some neighbouring European countries.

It's like don't want to NSA to follow me (and too impatient to wait tv shows to appear here on TV)
