Your Opinion about "unfairly frozen"

Never had any interactions with TNT like ... Ever . When I get frozen , I just lol bad luck and that's it . Cuz all my account got frozen all cheated in some ways . My two legit accounts were never frozen . Idk if it will in the future lol . If it does . I ll just quit .

So I am curious about your opinoin , have you ever being unfairly frozen when your account is 100% legit ? Seen lots of posts on neopets Facebook page tells TNT to look at their tickets and claims to be "unfairly frozen" do people actually get unfairly frozen or it's just a lie ? Hey I know I know sometimes TNT can be bastards but by using common sense there cannot be so many "unfairly frozen" occurs . I'm talking about hundreds .

asking here because this is basically the only forum people will speak honestly .

I just laugh when people say there unfairly frozen. TNT don't ice you because they don't like you. You have obviously done something wrong or your account has been hacked

You are so right. It took me three weeks to prove my "ligit" case. TNT was great, they gave me back my account and ALL that I had on it. However, I didn't even bother trying to claim my shell that got frozen during the AC "round up".

Now that they don't tell you why you were frozen I feel that saying you were unfairly frozen is completely valid...at least until they give you a reason.
I agree that it's definitely possible for TNT to fuck up and freeze people accidentally, especially now lol. But yeah most people are probably frozen for a reason regardless of how shitty it is.

I think it might be related to the anger of getting frozen and the nature of human beings of not accepting their own mistakes, so is way easier to say TNT does a shitty work than actually stopping and think what you did that could have triggered getting your account frozen

It definitely seems like it ... There might be some cheats the player him/herself didn't even recognise or remember. Like , secure a UC for 3 years doesn't make that UC legit and doesn't make you a legit account too . A successful cheat is still a cheat

My other frozen accounts were all deserved freezes. Either got hacked or I screwed up.

Are you sure your account wasn't hacked ? Because lots of the times hackers hack account to use it as a shell to make nps/auto buy , score sending . So they gather the money together and then sell for real dollars and cents . I saw it in a post on other website where a person claims to be a reformed hacker and that's what he said he did in post.

The only case I ve seen and consider to be unfairly frozen is my Bf's account . He lives in Japan and I live in Canada . One time I went to Japan to see him and I logged on one of my account which contains brought UCs and stayed logged in for like 2 hours at his place . Idk if someone reported me but yea , the next day my illegit account was frozen and my bf's account was frozen too . There is no way on earth he could have cheated since he is a workholic and barely even log in his account . All his pets were ignored and the only reason he logged in that day was because I did . So yea ... Idk if this one can be defined as unfairly frozen but TNT definitely didn't take deep investigation before frozen him . If they did , they could tell we are not the same person . How can a same person run around between Japan and Canada regularly ? Sigh ...

Yeah, I'm pretty sure. There were no scores sent on that account, nothing suspicious going on with it. Just me playing with me pets.
I slept for about 6 hours that night before logging back in and finding out I had been frozen for something I hadn't done lol

Yep like 4 people got hacked on the PC last night and some are just coming on to see their accounts frozen.

I think one person even said they changed their details recently too so this captcha thing they keep trying to defend is pretty null since the hackings are still happening.

Reasons why I don't waste my time on the PC

They are often the targets of dumb, poorly done hacking.

Thankfully no one wants my converted pets.

I've heard that people had their emails compromised. I'm starting to think that no matter how much safety changing your info regularly provides, if someone doesn't make sure their email is secure they'll get hacked. I saw someone saying that most compromised accounts had emails that hadn't changed passwords in a while, or had an outdated recovery email, or no phone attached to the account or no 2-step verification activated. Maybe JumpStart isn't guilty this time lol (not sure tho bc js sucks)
