Just seeing this thread now, but I do want to share that this is a fairly common issue. I've had it happen quite a few times with a bunch of accounts - change pw and then it doesn't work. Either I wait 24 hours and it does, or I change it again, whichever I feel in the moment. It's something on TNT's end. It's good to check if the account is frozen first as people have stated.

said it once i'll say it again you don't need to login to a different account and check the lookup to see if you were frozen.

search the username in the search bar, if no username shows up = frozen
if a username shows up = not frozen
