(ノ益)ノIT AINT GOIN F'N NOWHERE!
I don't think so. Too many people have, and continue to lose years of work so easily. Though I agree that in the right hands, and perhaps with a proper support system that actively replies to tickets, things could change and people would find it with trying after being frozen/hacked/etc
No. Times change and it's had a good run, but they haven't done a good job of appealing to a young audience in a very long time. Would be hard to get back to its old glory. Plus Jumpstart is losing money on it. The only real benefit of them keeping it without putting in the effort to restore the site would be to utilize the trademarked pets and other characters. If that is their plan they won't sell it and it won't have a shot to be revived. I also think a lot of this site and ones like it are the reason the game is dying. They negatively impact the economy on the site and sabotage accounts of active players. It's really a vicious cycle because the same people being targeted are the ones who keep the site flowing. Without the players there won't be customers for illegit goods, there won't be players left keeping the site active and balanced, and there won't be much reason to bother keeping it going. Greed has really doomed the site unfortunately.

In the right hands there is massive potential to have it better modernized for newer audiences again but I don't see it happening anytime soon if at all.
Honestly, no. It is no where near how it used to be & i'm sure the kids of this generation just aren't as attracted to neo as we used to be when we were young... I have too deep of memories in neo not to stick around, but it hurts knowing I don't have to fight for my board to be on the first page, how hard it is to buy some items, etc... But i still enjoy the small community neo is now. It feels more personal.

Who knows ? Seen too many players lose hope & quit , it's really the customer service which disappoint people , they freeze players easily and it's way too much effort to start all over again

Perhaps in alternate universe #4029-1A.
In our universe? Never. =(
Not on Jumpstart's hands. The game has potential, but it needs to be revamped. The site needs new coding and the team must adapt the game to an older audience who has other methods of having fun compared to young kids. The team would have to be more transparent, especially with the older players.
If someone was really interested on giving the site another shot then hey, maybe it could come back in a glorious way. But Jumpstart is already making hella money with School of Dragons and they probably don't care about a dead website like Neopets. It's a pity, really.

Nah... I honestly feel like they've butchered the site.
However there is potential to make the site better, if that ever happens.
*that's rough buddy*
Im gonna say no, fam.
I mean, more people leave and less actually join. If they are actually joining.
I would LIKE for it to come back to what it use to be, but I just feel that its way to down hill now. But, here I am still playing/buying NC lol
