I'm trying to go through some unreg accounts but having some problems with the Outlook sign up stage as it's repeatedly saying that my usage limit has exceeded for today on my phone number even though I haven't used it today.

I managed to sign up some hotmail accounts before it said my captcha code was repeatedly incorrect where it wasn't, and now is forcing me to go through a phone number.

Is there any way around this so I can sign up for more hotmail accounts?

It's also asking for me this through Tor as well as just Google Chrome with my normal IP.

I don't even know how to these days David, I used to use Vidalia to do it, but don't have Vidalia anymore.

tor wont work anyways as the ips have prolly been used all the time, spoof your mac address then connect and disconnect to the internet, should refresh your ip. i used to do it off my router since it had a handy dandy option to do so. or you can try finding vpns that havent been used yet.

you can just search it on google, its pretty easy to do, I would post screenshots but I'm not sure what OS you use

it can be any string of numbers and letters as long as nobody else on your network is using the same mac address, just make sure you disconnect your internet before doing it, otherwise it might not work

You can use a VPN and it will let you use email conf again.
