I still send tickets from my account I lost years ago and they've been ignoring them for about 2 years now (they answer other tickets I send that are about other matters just not about my frozen account).
I spent probably over 5k on NC alone and I had really nice pets x'D you'll get over it, but it does sting for a few days.

my advice would be to create a new account (even if you say you're done) and just log in for events. cuz ONE DAY you'll most likely want to come back and wish you would have made your account sooner so you didn't have to wait through the noob months x)

I got 2 accounts back after 3 or 4 years they also apologized for the delay

its ok I only grew out of neopets in that time, no big deal
