Sooo a dead body washed up on the beach yesterday

There I am, laying out on the beach, listening to the waves and drinking my rum and coke. Everything is right with the world. The sun is shining and it's a beautiful day.

    THEN, ALL OF A SUDDEN...

Like 4 ATVs come flying down the beach with lifeguards blowing their whistles and everybody is wondering wtf is going on. Usually this means there is somebody caught up in a rip tide, but with all that commotion you'd think an entire family got swept up.

This is all happening less than 10 streets away from where I am. I decided to walk up the beach to investigate and saw the lifeguard pulling a body from the waves. That was definitely a first for me.

Wow that is a morbid and chilling first. Everyone seems to eventually see a dead body, I do not want to but death is a part of life too and frankly you may just happen upon it.

Just last week we had fire truck sirens wailing and police everywhere we thought the new condo towers they built next to us had gone up in flames or something. Turned out someone found a dead body, it was a homeless man, just off the sidewalk in the ravine. Literally a 2 minute walk out my door. Creepy.

Makes you wonder how this particular body got there. There is literally beach for miles on either side of where I was. So the most likely reason is he washed up from way out off the coast... for whatever reason. This used to be a nice spot to go for vacation, now we have rallies, demonstrations, riots, dead bodies, robberies. Time to find a new place to disappear to for a bit lol

I don't know what's worse in your situation though, the buildings going up in flames or the dead body. Each comes with it's own questions!

    How sad

I have never seen a dead body before and I cannot ever imagine seeing one.

Seeing you guys reactions makes me think if I really want to stay in Brazil, I've seen so many dead people to the point I'm totally unfazed by it, this is NOT right.
    Also, fuck racists.

I'm sure they have a bunch of places available online. I don't know if the tournament was the first one to come up with that design or not but I know it made some waves on the news lol.

They were sold out of them the day I went to the weigh in. They also had black and blue versions too because of black marlins and blue marlins.
