    They've done it to me a few times. Even frozen accounts that I created to send in the ticket. They're just shitty people all around.

    Guys they are so busy coming up with new content, awesome items and fun plots for us to get involved in. They don't have time to do ALL of that AND looks at your tickets

    What TnT should do is just a fresh start on the ticket system, at least on the frozen account side.

    Delete all tickets and work from there. It would be a hassle at first but they are so far behind on tickets they can never hope to catch up to be able to answer them efficiently.
    Anyone who wanted their account but would just re-submit anyways.

    The only times I've had speedy responses for tickets were for site-wide glitches and one time I thought an item disappeared but turns out I was just really high and I didn't realize it was NC and I didn't scroll down enough.

    That happened to me a few weeks ago only for it to show up again after a few hours for some reason.

    I had one deleted, yeah. And under JS, I have yet to have an access-related ticket answered.

    They sure did tell me to piss off pretty fast after I got wrongfully silenced though... :/
