You are somehow using a version with the outdated API.
Please refer to the public downloads here and run the mygobot.patched application after extracting the file.
You do not need the auth token, so skip the Login tab and go to configuration, so on so forth.
You're probably soft banned. Should go away shortly. Then you will be good to go.

Well MyGoBot has been discontinued either way, I recommend you try Necrobot, in 2 days I've made a lv32 account from scratch
Mine never really worked. I just use PokemonGoBotRocketAPI

MyGoBot is working wonders for me. Just started using it myself, and I've had zero problems thus far!
MyGoBot works wonders for all serious players. With a good config you should be great.
