idk if it would work without a vpn/proxy but you could try watching on sportv? they're broadcasting for free on Brazil I think (at least they haven't asked me to login yet so I'm guessing it's free lol)

Does it really? Weird, I don't remember having to log in on their website. I've been using the app "sportv rio 2016" which certainty does not require you to login, tho it says it might have some blocked content. Haven't seen any, though.Their website asks for a login afaik
