Not officially confirmed just yet, but it looks like this Alolan Raichu form will be revealed in a trailer on Friday. Super cute. It surfs on it's tail!

OH MY GOD. I would buy the game for the Raichu alone. Psychic/Electric? Do want. Also, the way it's surfing on its tail is adorable.
