Is anyone having trouble with the program opening today? I've been trying to open it the last 30 mins or so. I get past the point of authorizing my Clraik account and click the button to enter the program but then get a pop up that this program is currently offline.

Does anyone know what might be up?

With that error, usually a reboot of your pc/laptop should fix the problem.

Usually solved by doing what VitaminX told you so idk... Try logging off and back in? (PC)

And also, using a proxy on it?

If so, try logging in without 1, or a different 1.

I'm not even to that point. I can't get past the "enter" screen. All I can do is put in my Clraik log in, not my neo. Should I just keep restarting and hope it works?

I completely shut down and restarted my computer (instead of just selecting restart) and that worked! Thanks everyone!
