I'm considering joining clraik VIP, but every single program I've tried so far doesn't work on my Mac, which has the newest OS X version. So, are these programs going to work?

Generally you need to run Windows on your machine somehow, and there are apps like Parallels, VirtualBox, VMWare, etc. that will let you do so.
