At this point in the game I think we have gotten rid of most of the folks who weren't really in it for the long haul. There were some who were begging to go home and those who were lounging around enjoying the island while their teammates did the work for them. Those times are over now and it's time for the truly hardened survivors to take over.
This weeks challenge is going to demonstrate your capabilities to work as a team once more. It will combine your knowledge of the Neopets scene, graphics, videos, design and more. There will be two parts to this challenge, similar to the last one.
Part One
The first part will require you to work together to come up with a T-shirt design for clraik.com.
If you were to design a t-shirt, let's say you wanted to purchase a t-shirt to show your love for ck, what would you want it to look like? What color would it be? Would it be a solid color? Tye dye? Maybe striped? Perhaps you wanted to go with the polo? Are there going to be stylized words or just images, both? Is there going to be just something on the front, or on the front and back? That's all up to you.
When you are finished with the design, send me a PM with all relevant information as well as the mock up.
Deadline for T-shirt designs is
Saturday, February 6th @ 2pm eastern.
After all designs are in, a poll will put put up and the community will decide who rose to the occasion.
Losing two teams of this challenge will have to eliminate one person from their tribe.
Part Two
The second part of the challenge is to create a video to attempt to get more people to join clraik.
On top of this will be a referral contest. The video is meant to be used as one piece of the puzzle to help you refer people to our lovely community. You may use any additional means necessary but your video must be completed and submitted before you begin referring people. I will make a note of how many referrals each person on your team has when the video is submitted to me and will count again when the contest is over.

Saturday, February 13th @ 2pm eastern time.
Your video can be about anything. Showcase the programs or how off all the awesome contests and people. Heck, show off survivor and use that to bring more people. You can get as creative as you want.
The two tribes with the fewest referrals at the end will be eliminating one person.
Keep in mind, if your T-shirt design loses, you could have to vote off one person before you even get a chance to use their expertise in pulling people to the site. Of course if your tribe kills it and wins across the board, you have nothing to worry about. Should bring about a little strategy here and there.
