If it's genuinely legit, then yes. Just be mindful that if you get a lot, it will make people suspicious. Neopets is full of report-happy users.
I was wondering whether it was safe to manually play and send trophy scores on a <4 day old account. I got quite good at some games before i was frozen.

I think it's a good idea to take screenshots too!
What were you frozen for in the past? That might also affect how TNT sees the activity (though obviously it won't affect the community's perspective). If it was cheating in terms of SSing or something, they might be more inclined to be dubious about your new account's activity.
i can't recall what the freeze reason was, and i forgot the birthday to my old account. i'm quite sure it wasn't due to ssing though.
aaaaand woops, got a review
A review isnt a bad thing, its usually each time after you go past a score
Take a look at this if you want to know about them more:
(you need an account to see links)
But if you are playing legit, theres nothing to worry about at all.
it looks like some of the review scores got lowered, i got a review on a score that's lower than on that post.
if tnt cant tell the difference between an ss-ed score and a legit score, what's the point of the review?
dont think the time is suspicious, i played it legitly
There are a fair amount of Neopets users that are very report happy.
The fact that your account is new is probably making them a bit salty too.
As long as you played it legit, I wouldn't be worried. If scores that have been SSed have been reviewed and cleared, yours should be fine. c:
