The immunity idol has been found

Somebody has already found the hidden immunity idol.
I have a feeling I know how they might have found it so quickly. The next time it is going to be hidden in a much different way, a way that should make it more difficult to find.

Whether the person who found it wants to share who they are, or share it with somebody else is up to them. Strategy and all that.

Fair question. I'm not going to hide another one immediately because somebody else may get lucky and stumble upon it. I don't want half the contestants having one. Once the person who found it uses it, another will be hidden. That, or a little later in the game, if it still hasn't been used, another will be hidden. For now, there are none hidden. I'll make an announcement when a new one is out in the world for you guys to find!

I cannot find anything in the survivor thread to explain the whole idol thing - I get the point and what it represents, but will it always be the same item - aka the kougra face totem? Did I miss a thread explaining that portion? I have been significantly afk for personal reasons, so I prob just missed it, but if you wouldn't mind clarifying, that would be lovely @(you need an account to see links)

Sure thing! So basically if you find it, it's yours. You can use it for yourself or you can choose to use it to save somebody else from being eliminated from the game. Once you use it, it's done, you have put it in play and it's a one use sort of thing. I will hide another one at some point in time. It may be after the current one has been used, or, if it isn't used in quite awhile, I will put a second one in play just to keep things interesting. I don't know if it will always look the same, but an announcement will be made when a new idol is put into play. I will post an image showing what it looks like so everybody is aware of that as well. If you have any more specific questions I can answer those two. hopefully this summed it up a little bit

Yes!
It was the image that is in the opening post of this thread as well. I said it a few times, in the sign up and in the tribe announcement thread haha. I will probably make it something different this next time and will post an image of what it will look like when I do that.
