    Sherri can bench over 9000lbs.
That ain't too shabby. What routine do you use to cut? Also, do you cut carbs or just calories?

It's basically all within my diet. I don't eat as much.. my workouts have more reps too, of course.

Cool man, I focus on eating less also, last time I cut I looked really good. Do you do splits or bodyparts? Also, I don't know if you are into supps but have you heard of one called Jack3d? I have been using it for a good 5 months now and it has benefited me quite well.

Also, regarding your avvie, I watched Warrior today, AMAZING film damn. I am so surprised it didn't top the box office! The performances were Oscar-worthy!

Yes. Warrior was one of the BEST effing movies this year. Love that math teacher Poor guy took a beating though. (ps. eating less = horrible for you. Concentrate on eating alot of healthy foods not less. It's counter productive. )

Warrior is one of the best films I've ever seen.

I used to take supplements like kre-alkalyn and amino acids but I stopped. Amino acids are actually good for you but with stuff like creatine, your body doesn't need it. In the long run, it's bad for you. I've done so much research to the point where I interviewed a professional body builder who has been lifting for a really long time. Basically, if you watch what you eat then that is your only needed supplement.

I only take whey protein now.

Same here. People always tell me losing weight and gaining muscle is 90% diet, 10% exercise.

I was never really into benching. I had my friend teach me a little bit about it and he said it wasn't really that good for you. He got pretty big and never really benched in his life. I believe I was only like 160 or so. I'm trying to figure out the best way to go about working on my arms at the moment.
