MoneyTree Killer problems

Whenever I try to log in to the neopets account, the program freezes, can't click anything, can't even move the window. Tried compatibility modes, nothing changed, reinstalled library files, nothing. Has anyone had the same problem or could anyone suggest something?

lol...why is this in the 'neopets games' section...and try deleting that file and redownloading it, and if the problem reoccurs then idk.

oh sorry but yea this is to discuss "cheating" and stuff..but ur asking for help so wouldnt this be better off in the help section
