I have a problem with my paypal :c
I have one paypal usa with 20 usd
the problem is that I live in mexico... and dont have method for registered my paypal and relase the money...
any help me please?

What do you mean by 'release' the money. Use it as in spend or deposit into your bank account?

He has a US paypal which doesn't let him spend any money unless he verifies it.

I need "liberate" the money... but the money there stuck now.
my paypal usa dont verifiqued, and as all know ... in the paypals of usa if not verifiqued with CC or Bancary account ... dont is possible sent money.

I need a vertual CC or Bancary account or any like this.
if any help me without spend this money, I give the $10 us

Yes, if you can get a Prepaid Via Card, then attach it to the paypal, you may "liberate" the money.

It's shocking how strict PayPal's rules over it's US client's.

As for the prepaid card option. They are pretty easy to obtain on the internet and I have several that also cover mexico. Here is one that should support your needs.

Edit: I must add you prepaid cards I am aware of require you to initially load the card, the cost varies between company's. The money is put onto your card though and you just remove it from an ATM as soon as it arrives .
