Finally getting around to watching the Fruits Basket reboot!

The OG anime was one of the ones that I first watched when I started watching anime one million years ago and I remain tremendously fond of it, but I am really enjoying the music and the visuals in the reboot. Shigure, you absolute shit​.

omg yeah! I bought them all on blueray a few years ago but I never actually got a blue ray player, so glad to have a way to watch them legally. I watched The Secret World Of Arrietty a couple months ago for the first time and loved it. There are a few others I've never seen and a couple I've only seen once and don't remember well. I'm actually in the middle (got interrupted) of reading an article about/interview with Miyazaki (you need an account to see links).

That's awesome! I used to check them out from the library because I had no other way of watching them! I watched a really cool documentary about him and his studio a few years back called The Kingdom of Dreams and Madness (also from the library) that was just fascinating. I'd love to own them all on blue-ray just to have as a collectors item. I've seen Spirited Away so many times because it's my favorite but the rest are all either once a long time ago or never. Arrietty is one I haven't seen! Thanks for sharing that article, I'm reading it now!

what's great is it follows the game's story pretty much, so it's a nice alternative if you don't have the ability to play the game! Still highly recommend the game of course though! xD

I myself am currently rewatching the Soul Society arc from Bleach. Been so many years now. I'm surprised at how well it's held up. Definitely a high point for the series, don't think it ever got much better than that!
