That's the first thing I tried when I got that message. & I have all the .OCX files and such.
Any possible way it could be like, bad internet connection or something? idk.

You may have an anti-virus blocking the program, too. If you do, disable it.

I'm not sure, maybe? Whenever I get the message I sometimes have to restart my computer a couple of times.
