    Seller Protection

Just a thought and idea and something that I think will take clraik to the next level.

I have developed a method in which protecting the seller for virtual property is possible.

1st seller must adhere to your seller protection agreement.

If all requirements are met, and they lose the CB, they will be reimbursed for their loss by cK.

So how it would work is,
setting a commission for hosting the marketplace and acting as a middleman in a person to person transaction. Meaning the site clraik.com and its employees and administrations are given a certain percentage of each sale in a resoivor, and for profits for the site as well. The extra money though means more money joe can spend to expand the site. but thats off topic.

The idea is to collect money as a whole, small percent of each sale adds up. so for every 100 successful sales there is 1 bad sale. There will be enough "funds" in the seller protection reservoir to get the seller their money.

Got a few ideas on how to integrate it here. skype me

I like it, only problem is going to be regulating how you actually pay up

Would it be a monthly subscription type of thing, or would it be per sale

It sounds like a good idea to me too except for that one clever person who attempts to `scam`themselves. So they would technically get what was scammed, plus the reimbursement.

That, plus there will always be people who try to get around the rules.
They may pay whatever they need to in order to sell things on ck, but then they will take the sale elsewhere or claim that they never got any sales so that they don't have to pay the amount per sale.

I usually just send paypal a screenshot of a "no refund" policy and say that the good were intangible. I haven't lost a CB yet. -knock on wood- ;p

This is a bit tricky since if we made it a subscription-based service. Just came home so going to think it over with the staff.

If you make it chained payment, you get to collect the funds before dispersing to the seller. Therefore able to do the middleman service.

Within your terms though for seller protection eligibility you must make sure the seller does their fair share, within this, you could provide it a mandatory term for the seller to collect proper documentation to protect themselves from their buyers.
