I have maybe seven boxes in my bank filled with extra Pokemon. I'll take pictures for you and you can make me a list, should I have any you need to complete your Pokedex.

EV training is done at the punchbag training center when you left click in game. What you'd prefer to train in is up to you and your strategy. I use PowerSave to max IV levels, but breeding with a Destiny Knot Ditto and another item on the primary Pokemon is very beneficial. so next week's Ditto can definitely help ya get started there!
