Try right clicking and running as Admin if you already installed the library files. Please see the stickied help topics in the (you need an account to see links) section if you still are having trouble.

stackpatch has been up pretty much all day today which is why you're seeing it stuck on that

Right now either patience or trying to find an IP that isn't greylisted by Stackpath.
Also, VIP provides access to some other great features as well

As long as stackpath is on the prowl it will be hard/nearly impossible to log in to the program i'm afraid.
one way to make it work would be to find an IP that's not getting hit by stackpath but that might not be that easy.
