Getting the program offline error - have tried to reinstall a few times and rebooted but still no luck - other programs work fine?

Giving SBP a shot on my work computer but it's giving me the "Program is currently offline" error.

I've redownloaded, extracted, and restarted my computer 5 times and it's still appearing.

Any idea what else I can try to fix this?

You quoted the only answer I have for this type of issue. Re-downloading when there are no updates released is never going to help unless you somehow messed up the program directory.

Damn.. so it means I should just keep restarting till it works?

I've installed the required files, turned off firewall/antivirus, extracted the files into a folder, restarted and tried running it.

So far it's been 5 tries restarting but not working. Shall keep trying then. Thanks Joe!

I can't, for the life of me, understand why it's still saying "Program is currently offline"

I tested it on a (work) laptop as well as my work desktop. For the laptop it logs in fine but the desktop just keeps showing that. I've been restarting the desktop many times but it still comes up this way. Anyone has any idea of fixes? Tried disabling firewall and all but still the same.

Maybe it has got to do with the "this website is using a security service" thingy on neopets?
