Yes, I have read it and went through it!
Now it's saying, though: "Program is currently offline"
Would you please point me out the problem? I have tried to restart my pc and closed the antivirus program...

You should read the first post/program description as I suggested... It'll tell you that this program has a requirement of "official clraik" rank+ or clraik VIP.
Also, it links you to a required file you have to install.
You could have also read the topics in this thread to see someone post similarly, and see the answers provided (many times).

Hey J03, I just purchased the VIP; However, it does not work and still shows that the program is offline so tried to restart my pc again(As suggested in previous threads)
I have already installed and followed all steps, could you help me QAQ Thank you!
You failed too many times so the auth blocked you. I've cleared that so you can login now.

@(you need an account to see links) It's weird that I can log in the Stealth CORE but the Stealth Buyer still does not let me in.
It pops out the button saying "Enter Stealth Buyer Pro", but it still does not work and shows the program is offline :/. Is there anything I did wrongly?
