You need to install the VB library files for the program to run. See the stickied thread in the Program Help & Troubleshoot forum section please, also should be linked in the first post.

Also, remember to run as Administrator.

When will the proxy option work properly or be fixed? As it stands, having to use Proxifier is not a good solution for many of us.

I've been trying to use SBP but it keeps giving me the "Program is currently offline" message despite me installing the library files and restarting, has anyone had this problem and got it fixed somehow?

You need to be Official Clraik rank or above, OR have VIP in order to use this program.

Thank you! Yes I'm aware and I'm planning on getting VIP, but unlike the Auction/ShopWiz Snipers, StealthBuyerPro didn't give me an option to enter and authorize my cK account at all. The error message popped up upon clicking "Enter StealthBuyerPro" on the starting screen and shuts down the application immediately, so I was wondering if it will still be like this after I get VIP or will it allow me to advance to the authorization part?

If you can see the initial splash screen then it should be working for you... but perhaps you have an antivirus running that might be blocking it too. In that case, add the program or the directory it's in as an exception so that your AV doesn't block it moving forward. That would be my guess as to what's happening here, since you managed to get it running already. Sounds like you installed the library files successfully.

I can no longer login to my neopets accounts with the ABer since about a day ago. Is anyone else having this issue? It seems like neopets is using new website security.

Yes, it's a stackpath issue. I think we just need to wait it out. Same thing happened about 7 weeks ago when I first joined and lasted about 10 days :|. But it did end. Apparently has happened numerous times before then. And it always ends, as will this time.
