You could, but it's just going to keep logging you out. One instance of the program running for a large portion of the day is enough to max out.
Same clraik username? Yes. If you share your account with other people we will find out though and this is definitely not allowed. You don't want to waste your VIP subscription that way.
Same Neopets username? No.
