Firstly, stop worrying about pleasing your parents. It will ruin a marriage, trust me. Worry about making yourself happy. My best advice is to, honestly, stop looking for a girl. When you stop looking, she will come to you. Be yourself and for gods sake you better be honest from the start. Don't settle for someone who doesn't make you happy just because you want a girl, or you'll end up miserable. The right girl will come along, don't worry!
