You can use all six Pokemon from your party, but legendaries are BANNED from the competition to keep things fair for beginners.

All participants will receive a Shiny Throh with the IVs: 31/31/31/29/31/31, Adamant Nature!

You can use all six, yes, I haven't decided if legendaries are a go or not yet. I don't want it to be too much of an unfair powerhouse haha.
