Delina's quest isn't that good. She just gives you a neocash item.
So does anybody here actually pay for Neopets? Like, I thought about it when I saw Delina for the Faerie Quests and I can't imagine how much better her rewards could be because you pay for it. Premium has some cool features I guess, but does anybody buy Neocash or actually subscribe to it?

I think with premium and buying NC stuff, you're just buying insurance for if you're frozen, they'll care more, but that could be totally wrong

going to tell you truths of premium:
when the premium server is down or premium services are unusable- still get charged
ticket responses- NOT faster than regular tickets, they might actually be slower because I have no idea if they even go through or not
freezing- same chances of getting frozen, highly unlikely that you will get account back unless self freeze...maybe not even then though
cancel during trial with paypal- never able to use paypal option to pay on that account again
premium board- no one ever posts so its pretty useless
mac support- lol not even worth a description
toolbar update- yeah

Where have you seen that ticket answer were slower? It's just that too many times I hear stories about premium sending tickets and reporting and having faster reply.
And if you are really playing legit and respecting rules, no chances of being frozen xP
