This site seems to be a lot slower than when I was playing over a year ago. They aren't going to gain new players if they have to wait 10 seconds for a shop wiz price check. What's really annoying is that it is so inconsistent.
Is it working again for everybody?
I wonder if this is just a permanent problem for the new Neo. Viacom was huge with a ton of money for good servers and support. Neo declined in popularity so they bailed and sold it off to a smaller company. Jumpstart is smaller with a smaller budget, maybe JS just don't have the resources to support the less-than-in-2005-but-still-relatively-huge userbase?
I could be talking out my ass because I don't know what all goes into hosting/running sites and stuff.
I certainly hope that's not the case. They make enough money with premium and the NC mall so the least they could do is make the site run smoothly for their users. It's the base foundation for a highly visited site imo.
