an you be banned from the pound for refreshing too much? o.o

If its a good pet, most likely the owner is going to use a transfer and do it that way. People say this all the time, and transfer.

Well, I know sometimes Royal pets pop up in the pound. It's more of a chance thing. If I REALLY wanted a pet, I'd just make my own and paint it lol.

You can always be banned for using a program if TNT discovers about it. But you can't be pound banned.
