Biology help please?? It's kinda urgent :(

Soooo I need to design a simple experiment based on either one topics: enzymes or cell membrane (I'll only know which one tmr when I see the topic)
I left my textbook at school. I do have basic knowledge about cell membrane and enzyme but Idk about the experiment >< I tried to search the net but the info were not really useful..

I'm grade 12. What are some simple experiments that are about enzymes and cell membrane? What are the apparatus needed? Steps? Principles of experiments, independent/dependent/controlled variable, assumptions, limitations, conclusions, discussions? Any errors and improvements?

I really need help because what I'm doing tmr is very important. It'll count as part of the marks for my public exam that would decide if I could get into a good uni and also decide half of my future (since in my place, getting into a good uni seems to be the only way to get a nice job and such :/)

Any help is so much appreciated, I know I may be too careless or urgent or whatever but >< Sorry but it's so important that I really need help. It's 9pm my side so I can't go back to school and take my book...

Enzymes, rate of reaction, with temperature/ph(Sorry can't really remember).

Cell membrane, try a Surface Area to Volume ratio, this explains diffusion, passive and active transport.

Could do an osmosis experiment. ^_^
Controlled var: temperature, time, salt concentration, surface area
If I recall correctly we used small potato discs and observed how they shrunk in hypertonic and hypotonic solutions.
