He just joined and tried to buy high-end items on Neo from you guys. He's known as "Brock", Australian and uses stolen PayPal's he buys from blackhat forums to buy your things and then he files disputes after a week of buying from everyone on the forum.

He gave me his skype, so he could see the items. his skype was like "bosc0oo"; something like that. So that gave it away right there xD
