I didn't have a problem with the app, try deleting the app and redownloading and signing in again ? Or sign out and sign back in maybe just a glitch

It happens to me sometimes on my comp for some reason.

Well, I use a cracked version of the app. But I have used numerous updates and it keeps happening. I'm afraid if I buy the app, the problem will persist.
