Here's how it works, since this is your first time:
Frozen -> rebuild to 1-2 mil -> frozen -> quit -> rebuild again -> everythings going great -> you want more NP -> SS or AB safely -> forgot to change one thing on the program -> go back to beginning.

I'm being reckless as hell and haven't been banned yet. Abing on 3 accounts at same time for 10+ hours a day. I even sent a few ridiculous review scores (in like 2 secs) and haven't been banned :o
