In NYC, I get the dumbest customer server reps, the sad part?

I was disputing the cost of a product, (They over charged me) and the manager did the math incorrectly with a calculator.

She did not mistype a number, she just plain didn't understand tax and how it was applied.

It was maddening.

I wanted to take a cinnamon roll and shove it in her dumb face.
